CodonAnalyzer¶

A lightweight bioinformatics pipeline for extracting codon usage statistics, ORFs, translated proteins, and hydropathy profiles from a genomic FASTA file. It is designed to be reproducible using Snakemake and easy to configure using a single YAML file.
