Output Structure¶

All outputs are placed in the results/ directory:

• metrics.txt – Codon usage and GC content
• orf – ORF(s) summary file
• orf.fasta – FASTA of longest ORF(s)
• translated.fasta – Protein sequences
• hplot.txt – Raw hydropathy values
• hsummary.txt – Hydropathy statistics
• hplot.png – Histogram plot
